"It's was ok, had a birthday party, but no parking lot, no bathroom not even an outhouse, but it was clean, and close to home"
"Extra fun. My girls 6 years and 3 months old baby enjoy it a lot. Just 1 thing no bathroom."
"My wife and walk our neighborhood. Tired of the same scenery we walked this park. It was shorter than our normal walk, but a few laps made up the difference. The park has a great vibe. Enjoy."
"On our quest to visit all of the parks in the area, my daughter's and I visited this one and it was a blast! It was one of the most crowded small parks I've visited, but by no means was it uncomfortable or too crowded to enjoy ourselves. The play structure is really cool and original and my small/young daughter had a blast climbing it. We will absolutely be coming back here in the future. The only down side was the parking situation, they only have street parking on a busy street."
"Elizabeth Pinkerton park, named after an honored Elk Grove Educator and located at the corner of Lewis Stein Rd and West Stockton Blvd. There is a large board at the park with good information and history but someone has defaced the plexiglass with paint and it is very hard to read, definitely needs to be fixed. Large park, well maintained with lots of grass. Half court basketball available and a chain link back drop for baseball or softball. Large jungle gym area for kids and covered picnic tables with a good size bar-b-que available very close by. A good amount of benches to rest on, some water fountains and trash cans. Fair amount of trees for shade. Trails around the park and down W. Stockton blvd to housing communities. The southern edge of the park is on the Laguna creek levee and there are dirt trails around there. I don't know if people are actually supposed to go down into the creek area. Right now it's pretty green, not much water but soon it will be dry and weedy with lots of seeds to stick to your kids clothes."
