"My friend went to Starbucks this morning and picked up our drinks. He said the customer service was not too good. Well, he was not lying. Our drinks were not made correctly. Secondly, when I took them back and kindly asked if they could remake. The red haired gal was unfriendly. She did not apologize, greet, smile, or respond to me when I wished her a good rest of her day. Not sure why she was so unhappy. Maybe look into a desk job instead of working in the service industry."
"I love this Starbucks! The workers are very nice and good service! My only complaint is sometimes they focus more on the mobile orders. Last time I walk in and order my drink it took almost 20 minutes until my order was ready. My suggestion is have one group work on mobile orders and a other group work on walk in orders. So that way no one has to wait so long for their order. Overall the place is awesome and great service! Just need to have a better system for mobile orders and walk in orders."
