The staff was very friendly and gave me the best options to get the ring back in amazing condition. It only took them 3 days to fix the mounts, reset the diamond and clean the ring. It looked perfect when I picked it up and my wife was so surprised when I gave it to her. It had been sitting in the safe for 7 years waiting to be repaired.
