"Manasseh was the most TALENTED, kindest, sweetest, and MOST professional hairstylist I have ever worked with. He knew exactly what I wanted and even listened to the reasoning behind why I wanted to change my hair color with such care and I couldn't be more appreciative :D. He walked me through each step with ease and gave me confidence through the whole process. He is so knowledgeable and I really felt I was in the best of care when he took the extra steps to make sure my hair turned out just the way that I had wanted it. Thanks to him, I am now converted from doing my hair alone at home to going in and having a professional take the reins! He is the best :D Also I wanted to give a shout out to Sara who did the most amazing job on my brows! It was the most relaxing eyebrow wax i've ever had and the shape she created was perfect ^_^"

"I was just in your store and needed assistance with a fragrance and I encountered the most unhelpful employee. She was an older woman with dark hair and glasses that couldn’t be bothered to help. It’s hard to determine which fragrances are mens vs womens and the only help she could provide is the men’s fragrances are usually in the bottom. Thanks for the zero help, I went to Macy’s instead where I was greeted by an employee who was more than happy to help me. Never shooing at Ulta again."

"Stock is good and when I check the website for in-store availability, it has always been correct. The staff are polite and helpful when I need assistance finding something. The only downside is that the store is frequently busy, so lines can be long although they usually move fairly quickly. A minor item of personal preference: the store is hot especially in the winter months, so if you're Christmas shopping it's best to dress lightly!"

"The big windows in the front of this store are wonderful. They let in so much natural light. It really makes a difference when trying to color match. My mother and I were there because my mom wanted to know her color in a specific foundation. She was nervous, because she hasn't worn makeup in years. The employee that helped us (whose name escapes me) was absolutely wonderful. She made my mom feel so comfortable! She found the most perfect shade, and advised my mom on how to best apply it. My mom was ecstatic! The cherry on top was when my mom revealed her age, and was greater with shock and awe. The employee complemented my mom's skin, and couldn't believe she was 71. Your store truly made my mother happy, and I guarantee you have earned a new regular customer."

"Very happy with this Ulta! The store carries a lot of cruelty free options for curly hair. Melissa at the salon is a hair goddess! I came in with a botched balayage (basically just streaky highlights) done at a high end salon the day before, and she fixed me up beautifully within 2 hours and for half the cost! They use a conditioning bleach which saved my hair from being damaged after double bleaching. She personally blended a beautiful tone that complements my skin and natural color. She explained exactly how she was painting my hair, recommended really awesome products for all of my hair concerns, and was just a delightful woman! The entire staff was really nice and helped me as a walk-in when I was in dire need of a correction! Thank you Melissa!"
