"I absolutely love Childtime. After having less than stellar experiences at other 2 pre-schools, it was refreshing to find a place with no teacher overturn, clean, spacious, and organized classrooms, fresh food made in-house daily, and a curriculum that allows kids to be kids while preparing them for school. The teachers are caring and dedicated and the administration is very organized. I can't recommend it enough."

"I have loved Child Time since 2012! My son learned how to spell and write his first and last name before entering kindergarten! Now with my youngest has been enrolled since he was 10 months old and now he’s 2 and counting down from 10 and singing songs and using his words. I am so impressed with the teachers! A couple of the teachers now were there 11 years ago with my oldest and he remembers them and vice versa. We love Child Time!"

"I absolutely love this place.. I have 3 children in different age groups enrolled here and we've never had a bad experience. The staff is so caring and ever so friendly! Plus I never have to worry about my kids because the Childtime app makes it so easy and convenient for me to check up on them. I can see what time they changed my son's diaper, fed him and what time he napped... I especially like the photos of their daily activities, arts and crafts projects. I would definitely recommend this place to all my close friends and family!"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. Some of the staff here are very nice but the new principle is awful. They recently changed principles at Childtime and they picked someone not suited to run a children's facility. My daughter was bullied by the girls there who at the time were only (few months back) 4. She dealt with the bullying day in and day out. To the point that she would bite her nails and be nervous on her way to the day care and would beg me not to leave her there. I always felt like a horrible mother for leaving her there. So I told the new principal Leah that my daughter was being bullied and she temporarily moved her from classes but before I knew it she continued to allow the girls to be with my daughter. Anytime I wanted to talk to her, the staff would tell me she was "busy" and from her window I could see her just eating at her desk with her cleavage hanging out on the keyboard. She is a vulgar lady who is not cut out to be a principal and never addressed my issues. The little girls bullying my daughter went to the extent of telling my daughter they would punch her in the face. They did nothing about it. I believe schools and day care facilities should have a zero tolerance for bullying and she never addressed the issues with the little girl's (that were bullying) parents. So many children left this facility because for this reason. I also tried contacting the district manager Marvin who never returned my call. These were the same 2 little girls causing the issues with the other children who left. I would not recommend any parent to take their children here because many issues happen that your kids should not have to face. Because they are understaffed the care takers don't have time to give the children the quality time they deserve and need. It's awful leaving your kids in a place that doesn't let you go at piece. I felt safe and secure when the old principal was there because she would take the time to listen to parent concerns."
