"In the beginning, I got looked up with the lawyer that I talked about my case, he answered my questions very professional, I explained my case in a VISA U case, and he offered to regulate my case with a aggressive lawyer, so I decided to hire them the same day... So my case starts, and passed 5 or 6 months with a call from them, so I knew I had to contact them about my finger prints, immigration status and police report, ( which was the important point in this case), I paid the whole amount in this case, but nothing was fixed as promised, the information that they gave me, was what I already know, and nothing was made in my case, IM SO DISSAPOINTED, I requested to talk with the same lawyer that initially talk with, but still not talked with me... I feel I just paid my fees for nothing... WHAT A SHAME... maybe I should hire a real good lawyer that to a real job as promised, and I wish to get my money back, but I know that never is going to happen, as usual... Scam is everywhere... So dissapointed..."

"I just want to say that besides the legal paper work process. They are very understandable when it comes to payments and peoples situations. That is what made the difference from going to another law office. They really wanted to help me both legally and economic as I mentioned. They helped my mom and that’s how I got to know about the law office and decided to do my paper work as well. Tomas Torres attorney assistant was very helpful and understanding of my position. "Easily the most unprofessional law office I’ve ever dealt with. We had a consultation regarding immigration scheduled at 1pm. After not receiving a call, we called their office again and spoke to someone who said the attorney was too busy for our consultation. We asked when they would be available and they could not give us a time but said we would be contacted when the attorney was free. About an hour later we received a call from the office. After being placed on hold for 8 minutes, Mitzi Cardenas answered. We spoke to her for no more than three minutes before she cut me off mid question to say, “I’d like to remind you that this is a free consultation. It sounds like you already know everything about the process. I have another meeting to attend.” At that point, she ended the call. The entire time she was short and seemed inconvenienced by our call. We would have gladly paid a consultation fee in order to ask more questions but this was never offered. Furthermore, I’m not sure how anyone could trust a law office that conducts business so unprofessionally. We’ve paid up to $400 an hour for consultations from other immigration attorneys during our process. Don’t waste your time with these people. There are plenty of attorneys willing to take the time to answer your questions without interrupting or speaking over you. These people will waste your time by not calling at the scheduled time and they will treat you as if you’re a burden."

"Currently working with the people here, I don’t usually like to to reviews and I always try to see the positive on everything, but I’m hoping that this helps others who are on the fence. Upon doing the initial call they were helpful answered all questions and quickly sent out the paper work to begin the process. Then suddenly once we had no communication with anyone. We attempted to call multiple people and kept being redirected to a call center where no one knew anything about our case. Then we were finally able to connect with our paralegal Sergio, and explained our situation regarding the communication. He was friendly and gave us a direct line to communicate, when we tried to call that number no one ever answered. Then we suddenly receive a call and they let us know they forgot to mail us and let us know about our biometric appointment which had already passed. At this point we are beyond frustrated because there is no communication at all and you just have to hope that they actually look over your case so you don’t miss any appointments. When we attempted to obtain receipt number for the documents they were unable to provide them until after the biometrics appointment was missed. I will keep updating this, and should our experience become a better one I will update my review."
