"Picked up some nice whesky at a great members price. Always have,a huge inventory to select from. Counter person was knowledgable and very funny. He asked me if I was of age and I said "Wait, let me call my mom to find out." Ohh well, you had to be there. Had a good time laughing with him. With the holiday season approaching I will be coming back...to pick up gifts of course."

"I ordered some liquor through this store. When it finally showed up a week after they told me it would be there, I went to the store to pick it up. When they rang it up, it was more than $10 per bottle over what was listed on BevMo.com. When I asked the cashier about it and showed him the price difference, he tried his best to rectify the situation. But I was told that was their sale price and there was nothing they could do. Management refused to honor the BevMo price. I went outside and paid the lower price online and signed up for in store pickup. I went back inside and picked up the items for the lower price (which the store refused to match) and was on my way. The cashier was awesome and told me I was his hero, but overall the experience was absolutely ridiculous. From now on while standing in line I’ll be checking all purchases against their advertised on line prices and purchasing from whichever is cheaper. Definitely not the BevMo service they used to have."
