Jersey Mike's Subs

"We ordered 4 sandwiches from the app, they messed up three out of those four sandwiches. They put the wrong sandwiches labeled with the wrong name, mayo when we requested no mayo, cheese when we requested no cheese, oil when we requested no oil. Just be wary when ordering from the app, you will most likely get a sandwich without the modifications you ordered."

"Arrived about 5 pm for a quick order as I had not had Jersey Mikes in a long time. The employees were making several orders and were rather engaged, so I waited for about 5 minutes before one employee asked me for my order. I ordered a Mikes chicken Philly in a bowl and was told it would take 10 minutes so I also waited. This is where the significant issues started. First one employee was cutting various meats on the slicer adding them to the waiting sandwiches. However, then sliced cheese on the same slicer, putting the cheese away, then slicing meat again. Clearly cross contamination. Then the employee, after fixing two sandwiches and wrapping them to go, goes outside without removing his plastic gloves, delivered the sandwiches to who I believe was his mother, then came back without changing plastic gloves. Another couple came in to order and this employee then indicated that they were out of lettuce to make sandwiches.. The couple leaves. This employee then goes and grabs two heads of lettuce wearing the same plastic gloves, and proceeds to cut the lettuce heads he brought back from the back. Again unsanitary because he is wearing same plastic gloves, using the slicer he cut meat and cheese, not cleaning the device and then proceed to cut lettuce. So after this, and having paid for my order, I took it but decided to throw it away after considering all of what I witnessed. I should have asked for a refund and complained I realized, no excuse there; I should have done that then and there."

"Joseph and Ella made our quick dinner stop one of the best customer service experiences ever. We came in about 25 minutes before closing and they were happy to help us and super friendly. I wish there were more workers like them. Ella was cleaning the lobby and restrooms up while Joseph made the sandwiches and cleaned up behind the counter. Jersey Mike's keep these 2 kids around, great attitude, and super efficient."

"Approx 7pm (8/25) went for sandwiches and a salad, been there many times before. I was the only customer with 3 behind the counter. Gave my order, turkey salad and a #17, several times. 4 customers came in. Several times I had to stop the young man who was helping me as I wanted wife's salad done her way. Inquired on #17, no one hadn't started it yet. Told him to forget it. I was pissed. Got home and no spices as requested. Total experience today sucked. Go back again? No thank you. Pass!"

"I used to be a HUGE subway fan and always refused to eat Jersey Mikes because I felt like I was betraying them. I finally caved in February at this store and ever since I tried it, I have continuously came in and will continue to come in because the meat is sliced freshly and the food is so amazing. The customer service is top notch. The employees are always very quick which is impressive considering the big rushes they can get. I am amazed at how well they can memorize what you order no matter how many altercations you make. My family and I love you very much Jersey Mikes and all of your employees!!"
