"I just want to share this horrible expierence we had getting my daughters ears pierced for the 2nd time. I went with hopes of piercing one of her ears that had closed, since she lost her earring in daycare. The actual piercing was fine. The issue is they put a dirty earring in my 2 year old daughter’s ear causing her to get an infection. I didn’t realize it then, but now thinking back he didn’t even clean the earring before putting it on her or after. Instead he just tried to sell me a bottle. Here are pictures of the earring . Behind the butterfly where the diamonds are should be clean. Instead they are full of something black . Bacteria maybe. Anyways, I’m sharing our experience for everyone’s awareness when taking their babies to get their ears pierced here."

"I was just window shopping this day but there was a employee who worked here who was awesome. She doesn't excellent job. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she's great. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this kiosks because they give great service"

"We went today to get second earlobe x2 and x1 cartilage piercing for myself and also to get my two daughters (8 and 6 years) their first earlobe piercings. Cindy and Dina were absolutely AMAZING and patient. For my littles I asked if they could do both earlobes at once for each child, they were more than happy to comply. Both Cindy and Dina were sweet, patient, empathic (the 6 year old was hesitant at first) professional and just overall great!!!"
