"This was my second time there. The first time I got a manicure and my cuticles were cut so far that I couldn’t stand to run warm water on them for 3 weeks. Fast forward went in for pedicure. When she brought the towels she threw it on my leg and begin to laugh. I looked at her and she laughed and said hot huh? I told her that the towel was too hot and she should watch how she does things like that to seniors who have thin skin it could cause burns. Don’t go to this place. No regards for safety of its customers and they don’t seem to care. I should sue they azzs. Maybe they’ll take higher regards for peoples health. I won’t give this place another chance"

"Contact the nail salon for nail remover. They said yes. When arrived they realize they were busy and ask to wait hour. Why would book someone and ask them to wait an hour. Completely inconsiderate of others time. Will never go and will not recommend a waste of gas driving there. Customer service should always be number 1! If you do not like your job please do us all a favor and find a new one."

"I wish I could give negative stars. Came for a gel x set and paid $80 with tip. The very next day I had three nails lifting. I went in today polite and just asking for a refund as well I stated I wanted to get the whole set to taken off since 3 were coming off. I wasn't trying to get a free set. They refused to do a refund and also said I had to wait for them to do 3 other people's nails first. I did not have time to wait for hours so I just asked for my money back and they got upset and started to yell at me. They claimed since the actual nail was still "good" they had no reason to refund. But I explained 3 are coming off and therefore was not good. Lifting isn't suppose to happen in a day! They literally tried to blame me and say it's because i was pulling on them. As small business owner myself, I was deeply offended by them yelling at me, especially in front off other customers. They were so unprofessional, refused to give me any information for a manager or owner, they don't have any of their nail tech board licenses available, their city business license is expired, and they were sooo rude. I gave them a change to fix the issue but since I didn't have hours to sit around and wait for a take off, plus a new set of acrylic they got mad and extremely rude to me. And they were not giving me any information to manager or owner to help remedy the situation. Worse nail experience I have ever had in my life! Don't recommend this place at all."

"I have to say this place was phenomenal! I flew in for my best friends wedding needing a fill, and without an appointment they took me in! Jenny was friendly and super attentive! The gal who did my nails was super gentle and friendly! The best thing was I didn’t have to wait! I will be returning here again! Thank you ladies for your work and services ! Clean atmosphere and friendly environment!"
