"If I could give the worker that works here a ZERO I definitely would.. So Erika Volivitch has done my hair at the salon once and I was somewhat happy with her work birthday felt like I could give her better direction and she would possibly listen. Therefore, I made a follow up appointment with ERIKA that she cancelled because of COVID. I followed up with ERIKA to see if she was back in the Salon and ERIKA said that she wasn’t doing work in the salon but from her house. I was kinda iffy on making the appointment but I did anyways because I was desperate to get my hair done. The day before my appointment which was in the latter part of June, ERIKA made sure that I understood that she was only accepting cash for payment because she didn’t have a license to work from her house in Garden Grove and that I must wear a mask. When I went to ERIKAS house she was working from her Garage which smelt like GASOLINE. I told ERIKA what I wanted and she quickly did my hair hardly spoke a word to me which felt very cold and when ERIKA finished my hair it did not have a silky finish but a very coarse feeling like she didn’t put conditioner or properly treat me hair. ERIKA didn’t even give me a mirror to check out my hair. After I paid ERIKA the cash I went to my car feeling awkward as hell and noticed that she didn’t cover my greys. I told her that I wanted her to fix her work and ERIKA said she could squeeze me in for just the areas that she missed . ERIKA DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR WASTING MY TIME for not properly doing my hair right !!!When I went back to ERIKAS house it didn’t even seem like she put dye on the foils which were coming off of my hair and ERIKA didn’t even wash my hair out! I noticed the hair still had greys as before. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and do not use this careless illegal hairdresser that doesn’t care about her work. ERIKAS A JOKE AND WORKING ILLEGALLY from her smelly garage WHICH IS A REFLECTION ON THE SALON SHEAR BRILLIANCE!!!"
