"I took my daughter to go pick out special birthday earrings. The staff was so sweet! The young woman who was assisting me was so sweet going back and forth. My daughter was set on some pink earrings so we got those and a spare for emergencies or for her sister. When we were getting our bags, I asked if I could have a fake bag so my baby could walk out carrying her own new earrings. This was overall a fantastic experience. I will go back if i need anything else! You can’t tell good customer service on how they treat the youngest of customers and it means a lot they went above and beyond to make her birthday gift so special."

"I recently took my ring in for inspection and cleaning to the Westminster Kay’s on Beach Blvd. Jorge greeted us when we arrived and he was very friendly. He cleaned my rings and spent a lot of extra time cleaning them. He also cleaned my other ring and my Pandora bracelet and all of my charms. He did an amazing job!! We then asked him to show us a wedding band to look at for my fiancé and we ended up buying it. Jorge was very knowledgeable and informative and we really enjoyed talking to him.
