I asked the hairdresser to give me a straight cut and she gave me a bunch of layers which look horrible. The hair wash was so rough that my scalp was burning from her sharp nails. She literally spent 20 minutes for cut and wash. Wasted $50 for this disaster while I could have received better cut at Supercuts."

"I walked in earlier today asking for a quote on a ombre hair color. The owner said it would be $130, 2 hours and 3o minute later she didn't do what I asked her to do, she ruined my Express jacket which was about $70 and cut my hair which I didn't want her to do. She barely even lighten my hair and demand me to pay the full amount even when she ruined my Express jacket. After I said I was gonna report this on Yelp she said to only pay her $30 (cash) but I only had my debit card so we walked two business down from the location and she had a restaurant charge my card $30. This place is a scam."
