"Booking appointments are useless at this hair salon as they don’t hold it to any standard. Booked 3 total appointments and arrived to them as told to. Arrived and was told to wait the same amount of time as I do for a simple walk in. (20-30 minutes). Terrible service"

"Don’t get me wrong, this place is amazing at cutting hair; very skilled workers. The reason it gets a 3 star is because the worker who did my hair thought I didn’t understand Vietnamese, I do understand Vietnamese but choose to speak in English. She was telling the other workers in Vietnamese there that my hair was dirty and stinky and that she had to wash my hair twice because of how dirty it was. Like girl first off it was not stinky nor dirty. Obviously my hair is going to be slightly oily because I didn’t wash my hair before going to my appointment because I knew they were going to wash it. The only thing I put in my hair was dry shampoo and I don’t think the dry shampoo would make my hair look dirty or even stinky. They should know even if they talk in a different language we can still understand what they are saying."

"I just got my hair done here. The staff is pretty awesome. The owners - well...they could use a little more of their employees' enthusiasm. The ladies we worked with, in particular were very sweet, engaging, and knew what would look best for my family' long, thick hair. For 4 women, we were out of there in a little over an hour, which is pretty incredible consiering the great job they did. The prices are very reasonable as well. Hopefully we can get their assistance again for an engagement party tomorrow! :)"
