"One morning 5:45am, stopped in on way to work. Only had $100 bill, no smaller bills. 711Grave yard clerk gave me change, I received 4 x $20's, $5, $1's. I folded change, tucked in wallet. Found out same day, from Barona Casino, all 4 $20''s counterfeit. Back to 7-11 and manager handled it terrible by blowing me off.Never again"
"I have had several problems with this location. Starting in November, the day before Thanksgiving, I went there before work to buy lunch, and it was closed. That's okay; not all 7-eleven locations have the same hours. The next month in December close to Christmas, same thing. Again, hours are subjected to change. But what made me give a one star rating was when I went there for breakfast, and the packaged muffin was moldy. The moldy muffin incident was 2 weeks ago. This morning, the date of this posted review, I get a muffin from their "delivered fresh" bakery. Too bad you can't post videos because I have a video of me knocking on this rock-hard muffin and showing the camera my red knuckles as a result. The health department, or manager, seriously needs to go there and clean up this location before they make someone sick. Personally, I have had it with this location and will never go back again."
"I went in for a quick drink and a lottery ticket. I was greeted right away with a friendly hello, welcome to 711. The store was immaculate, and the intelligent service with a smile; and efficiency from the cashier made it a pleasure to shop there! Thank you for choosing such a tremendous customer service agent! She was great! And I'll be back for the tremendous service that I received!"
