"Gorgeous! There were many stairs down to the beach. I didn't let my children play in the water there (seemed too dangerous amidst the rocks), but we did collect lots of cool rocks and took some amazing pictures of the kiddos."
"Really love coming here to hike around and look at tide pools and unique rocks. The trail down to the beach has a sturdy staircase, just watch your head for the tree branches that overhang the lower portion of the stairs. There is a constant stream that flows through the beginning portion of the beach that may be hard to cross at times, so if it is high, I would suggest having some muck boots or find a log to cross over."
"I absolutely love the town of Trinidad in Humboldt County. I love this beach as well. There is a lookout area and long stairwell down to the beach. There is a narrow road that goes along the area and is a scenic drive. You can pull off and explore. This is a beachy quaint and charming town with stunning views of the coastline and redwood trees. This among many places is a great place to stop when visiting Trinidad, especially during sunset."
"There's a long stairwell down to this beach. The waves can be big and unpredictable and very dangerous, especially in the winter. There is a creek that flows out here and you can get caught in between the ocean and the Creek and washed out. The water can often cover the entire beach. That said, this is one of my favorite beaches. Nice view."
"Wow!!! Pictures don't do it justice. Our favorite beach along this stretch of the coastline. Low tide provides a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore and see anemones, little fish, and starfish up close. Perfect place to spend the day. Left a piece of my heart on the shore."
