"The team training workouts are excellent from beginners, novice to the more experienced individuals, as you have a personal trainer conducting the classes. Although it’s a team activity room, the trainers give one in one assessment of your workout (form) and provide encouragement and feedback. The equipment is always in great condition. They have a sauna, Hydro beds, and tanning booths, which is extra perks and the locker room with showers is always clean. The staff members always seem to be cheerful and have a willingness to assist with any questions you have. They have classes throughout the day starting at 5:30 AM into the evening."
