"I have been shopping at different goodwills all over San Diego for the past 10 years. But today was one of the worst experiences I've had. The manager there should not be working there at all. As soon as I walk into the store I felt the stare of judgment. I started to walk around the store with my shopping cartand her eyes and some of the employees eyes would only follow me I felt so harassed and and discriminated against that I decided just to walk out and not buy anything. Somebody should tell that lady manager that the clothes is donated they do not spend a dime on them. That maybe she should go ahead and get herself a security job somewhere instead of managing a store. If she only knew how much I have spent at that store and many other stores she should be ashamed of herself and how much I have donated in the past years I no longer want to come to this location because the lady will be there most likely and most likely she will judge anybody that comes she gives you that face of disgust and worried like if you're going to steal when the company did not spend a dime. It angers me so much because she walks around like she's hot stuff when she is probably broker than everybody"
"Some good items. You have to search to find decently priced stuff."
"It’s not the worst goodwill overall, but the cashiers aren’t very accurate so pay attention if you care about what you’re being charged. One of the books I got was a kids book which is supposed to be 59 cents. I pointed it out when the cashier rang it up and she said it was an adult book so it was $1.99, and it’s published by a Disney publisher, and is recommended for 9-12; by what definition is that not a child? It’s just aggravating for someone who is 100% incorrect to flat out contradict you and charge you almost 4x what you were expecting while doing it."
"I came back to visit again. I didn't find anything. They were a little bit busy. I like how they merchandise the end caps by color. It's attractive. At least to me, it is. I didn't find anything again like the last time I visited. Maybe next time."
"This is a very large retail center and donation drop off store for Goodwill. This store has a very large clothing collection for women, men, and children, and also a fairly good sized furniture area. There are lots of knick knacks and decorations that are a mainstay of Goodwill selection (even a grandfather clock!) and tons of shoes of every imaginable type here. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this store. It's obvious from the cleanliness and the order of the stock as well as the happy smiles of the employees that this is a good shopping location. Outside there is ample parking. On this trip I saw many available parking spaces even though the store was fairly busy. Located on Home Avenue off the 805 in San Diego, it's central location is easy to get to from the surrounding area."
