"Nice place to spend some time with a coffee and sandwich. The coffee, food, and seating area are good -- the bathroom is just horrible. Truly one shouldn't have to notify staff of deplorable bathroom conditions. They should be kept up with on a regular basis throughout the day, like at McDonald's."

"I just came in w/ my s/o about 4 hrs ago to get my birthday reward, and the lady at the register was super nice initially but I let her know that for some reason, the app wasn't showing it. I even have my bday in the personal info tab. My s/o & I are both partners ourselves of several years, and know that sometimes the app can be finicky. When a customer has this issue, we take care of it no matter what and make it right, even if we can't personally get to the bottom of why it occurred. We scanned my app, and she told me it didn't show so there was nothing they could do about it and immediately moved on to charge me for everything. /: I told her that we were just going to go to our store instead. We were just trying to stall some time to avoid traffic back home and ended up having to deal with a triple inconvenience of having to contact SBUX, driving all the way back to our store instead of going out for my birthday dinner, and feeling pretty frustrated by the response. It seems like the store is less concerned with making moments right than most, especially with an issue as common as app glitches. /:"
