Chuck E. Cheese

"This Chuck-E-Cheese location is always clean, was recently remodeled and has really good food. The variety of games is wonderful and they are rotated and updated on the regular. Those three things are great, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every time we visit the people who work there find a way to make it extra special. They all genuinely seem to understand how far a simple action like giving a kid some extra tickets or a free ice cream, can make their time at CEC an epic one. We experience this every time, but today Julien, the manager on staff, went above and beyond on numerous occasions. He honored credits of mine that had expired 2 days earlier, made sure we got our moneys worth when it came to purchasing game play time, gave my son a new lolly pop when he dropped his and treated my kids to Dip n Dots. Julien was made to be in customer service because he clearly knows how to ensure his guests have an awesome experience! Our whole family loves this place!"

"Came here for my daughter’s 1st birthday today on 1/24/24. Jeff, I believe the manager is amazing. This guy goes above and beyond and really makes this location feel comfortable. I recommend this place. Definitely will be coming back. This guy needs a raise."

"Worker at ticket/prize counter was incredibly rude and appeared so bothered waiting for us to choose our prize. My kid asked for a small toy and she blurted out that they don't have anymore of that (there were at least 5 of the toy visible through the glass). I pointed at those toys and said that I see more; in response, she rolled her eyes and ignored me. WHY work a customer service job at a kid + family centered business when you cannot provide decent service and exercise an ounce of patience? I would give zero stars for her service. *At a kid's party 1000-1200 We went to ticket counter around 1300-1330 on 13Jan2024."

"This place is always clean despite its environment and I always have the beat customer service thanks to Raven. Raven made sure our experience was the best and even cheered on my kid playing games. Awesome experience thanks to this individual. Even the female manager is always very helpful and works extremely hard."

"Amazing store, they have a decent selection of games unlike most Chuck E. Cheese stores. The staff are really nice, including the manager, Dan. Before their remodel, they had a Studio C Beta Stage with an animatronic. The recent remodel got rid of that, but their remodel is actually pretty good! Large dance floor and a decent sized TV unlike most stores. Very clean, no visible signs of dirt and the games are pretty clean. They have a lot of seating (party tables & booths) plenty of room for parties and families of course. They have free Wi-Fi inside which is a plus. Pictures below show before and after the remodel."
