"P I wish I could give this place zero stars. The store is always very dirty. The hot dog buns were stale. There are always sketchy people outside loitering. Worst of all are the employees. I tried to give it a chance that they seem to get more and more rude every time I have been there. The last employee was saying bad things about me in front of me and his language. I did not engage in his childish antics. But what I can say is that is very unprofessional. They are a very bad representation what a 7-Eleven should be. Not like any of them care but I will not be coming back."
"Why is it that you can't give a zero star review on Google...this "establishment" deserves just that. The store itself is dirty both inside and out, the prepared foods look like they've been sitting for days, the items I was looking for were out of stock, the soda machine was calibrated with too much soda and almost no syrup so I was getting virtually just seltzer water and the counter staff (two men) seemed unaware and uninterested in their store or customers. I left the store empty-handed to a parking lot where I felt extremely unsafe, it was actually scary. I have been a loyal customer of 7-Eleven for decades, but all that has changed with just one visit to this location. 7-Eleven, Inc. needs to take a closer look into what's happening to their reputation, from my latest experience I would say it's very bad!"
"This place is filled with homeless loiterers and is an unsafe environment. Staff goes above and beyond to discriminate, ignore, and bully customers."
"Spent over a hundred dollars in there over my few days in Oceanside between cigarettes, food, soda, and beer. Went in today with a backpack. Huge mistake. The guy behind the register looked and treated me like I was somehow a lesser human being because I had a backpack. I asked for a bag for the $20 worth of stuff I bought and he looked bothered. Threw my stuff forcefully into the bag. Other employees were polite so I gave them repeat business. The guy in there today should be fired. I don't care if his parents own the store. Can him and kick him out of the house until his entitled attitude changes. I have one more day in Oceanside before I go back to Texas. You can bet I won't be spending anymore of my money there."
"My phone was stolen from this location and the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. While it was there, I called and asked an employee if he could check and secure my phone for me; he flat-out lied and said he was the only employee working, which I know was false because I had left the location minutes before. When i came back five minutes later, my phone was gone and he was at the register with a coworker. Every time I tried to ask for help, he refused and ignored me, including when I came back hours later to check again. He was extremely disrespectful."
