"Pros: Great location and value for area. Covered parking and electric car charging stations. Cons: Property needs improvements. They still use the signage from when this was an IHG property. Desk chair in my room was peeling and very used looking. Air conditioning doesn’t cool well. Very loud road noise from I-5 directly behind property. We were assigned a room that faced the highway even when the property wasn’t busy and had plenty of rooms available. Was told we had a bath, then we didn’t. $2.75 for a can of sprite from the vending machine."

"i was so happy with my stay here! the lady at the desk, jessie was so sweet and helpful. the actual room was beautiful, clean, and relaxing with a good view of the beach from the balcony. me and my bestfriend also talked about how much we loved the showers lol. i would definitely come back"

"WHAT A GREAT PLACE – newly renovated and conveniently located in the heart of San Clemente. My particular room was quite large, had an open balcony with a nice view of the Pacific ocean and was equipped with a HUGE TV! Beautiful lobby, plenty of parking, convenient supermarket (Ralph’s) around the corner, open internet access and kind, helpful staff. There was also a nice-looking on-site restaurant/bar but was unfortunately under renovation at the time of our stay (mid-June 2023). Tray and Jessie at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, very professional and exceedingly accommodating with early check in and room selection."

"Location is right next to Highway 5 so we could hear cars passing from our room. The bed was very comfortable but for the price we would have appreciated breakfast. Nice outdoor seating areas. Ice machines on the floors were not working so we had to get it from the front desk (sandwich size zip lock bag). Staff were all very helpful and nice."
