"The exterior is really cute and quaint looking. The rooms are somewhat updated and more modern looking. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. They are in the middle of updating the lobby and breakfast area."

"Terrible service. Booked two suites. Called immediately after booking to ensure that there would be rollaway beds for kids. Showed up with kids and they said - we only have 4 rollaways and 3 are being used by some Mexican workers doing construction work here and they pack a lot into a rooom. (Why do I need to know all that?!) so 2 kids didn’t have mattresses … Not suites by the way - just a slightly larger room. It’s not a suite - no couch no table no kitchenette no separate section. No idea why they were called suites. They also asked us to stay back and help clean up since “it will take my cleanign lady 2 hours to clean rooms, she’s slow.” Avoid this place"

"Clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. Good fitness room. 6 tennis courts! Good location if you want to be near Channel Islands tours. Many restaurants nearby. Fairly quiet area. Lobby was being remodeled. Cantina sign out front but no Cantina. No breakfast. No microwave. Would stay here again. Room safe. Fridge."

"For some reason they are not answering the front desk phone number which I've had for about a year I know someone who is staying there for a long-term. Plus when I try to look them up, all I got was a bunch of numbers to make reservations very hard to get a hold of front desk. Looks like a nice place to stay tho."
