"Carl was absolutely amazing this evening. He did put a smile of everyone’s face while standing on the long lines. Many thanks to him."
"A TSA approved bag means you don’t have to remove your computer from the bag. I truly believe the TSA agents lack proper training and judging by their attitudes they could care less."
"Agents yelling profanities at people that can't speak English is the worst behavior I've ever witnessed traveling. I wanted to speak up and help so badly, but feared I would be held from flying. I've flown through many international airports and will avoid this one at all costs."
"When being screened, my identification was called into question and the staff member (black female with missing pointer finger) was incredibly rude. I asked her not to be, and she literately walked away. After which the staff member was able to screen me without issue. The issue I have with my interaction is that it clearly shows how immature your officers are, and therefor how little security is actually being performed. The common criticism of the TSA’s ‘security theatre’ was absolutely obvious when interacting with the initial agent. Not only did she express her immaturity and lack of professionalism, she completely shifted my family’s view of the TSA from respectable to embarrassing. Good luck with compliance with the general public if your officers continue to perform so poorly."
"The TSA officer was being rude to me as I was lining up to get the security screen. He accused of me lining up on his line as if I was trying to avoid the security screening. I was only lining up on his line because I was on his side and my items were being screened on his side. I felt very wronged that he accused me of things and he specifically said that I look like I was hiding something. All I have on was a Tshirt and pant, there is nothing for me to hide. I tried resolving this misunderstanding but he kept being rude to me and it took away my good experience with TSA. I'm deeply upset and disheartened that I was misjudged and rudely spoken to. No one was helping me either."
