"We have come here three times now and every single time they are out of cupcakes. Every time! Not cool. If you can’t figure out inventory management, you will make unhappy customers, especially the ones that like your product but cannot walk in and get it."

"Whoever the lady was who was working tonight was not pleasant at all. First we walk in and there is no one in sight behind the counter.. and it took an awkward amount of time for her to come out from the back.. once she did she was rude when I asked if anything was available that was not on display. I’ve been to this place numerous time because I like there cupcakes but obviously they lack in hiring quality workers. Also there were barely any options available on a Friday night at 7 o clock. Not a very well run store."

"I’m a cupcake fanatic and these are the best I have had in the Bay Area. The cake is moist with a good crumb. The frostings are not overly sugary sweet and have good buttercream. (So many people skimp on putting enough butter in buttercream and do whip cream for instead.) The flavors are very well paired and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Last is that some cupcakes have pie crust bottoms and/or fillings that just take these cupcakes to the next level. So many good flavors it’s hard to choose a favorite. You have to try the key lime pie and their red velvet. I adore the chocolate raspberry which has an oreo crust bottom."

"Amazing cake, I’ve had two birthday cakes from this bakery. The first was from attending a birthday celebration for a friend. The second I bought for my husband’s big 70th bday. Both were delicious!"
