"I made an appointment online for their Special Honey Pedicure. When I arrived, no one was at the reception, nor did anyone acknowledge me. After waiting, I asked another employee and was eventually asked to go back. This nail salon has no decor and the appearance is very sterile. Everything is white, but not necessarily clean. It's hard to relax in such a bright place. I did not find the staff engaging or friendly. The chair was uncomfortable and the footstool was nothing more than three pieces of 2x4's screwed together with padding on top. They were very flimsy and unstable and kept wobbling. This was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. The technician was going through the motions and kept walking away into the staff room. She did a very poor job of smoothing out the calluses and when I pointed it out, she said I should've said something earlier. She then told me it will be extra to have her address my concern. I was shocked to hear this as I get pedicures monthly and the tech's always address the calluses. It's part of a pedicure. Don't expect any massage either. They will slap on some goop and then wipe it off. The pedicure was supposed to be 75minutes and during this time the tech walked away 4 times! Stay away if you are used to or expect service with a smile or want to experience a relaxing quality pedicure!!"

"My partner and I got our nails done here for some engagement photos coming up. The last time I got my nails done was years ago, so I really appreciate how kind the staff were in helping me pick colors and chatting with me as I waited for them to dry."

"I love this place!! One of my favorites ever. The staff is kind and helpful. The studio is clean and serene. The work is amazing and the nail art is beyond fun. I've been going to Sis Nails for ~4-6 months and this place has not let me down once. I just brought my sister with me this past weekend and she can't stop saying that she will never go anywhere else!! Note: This place is popular and books up days/weeks in advance - so make sure you have a reservation."

"Paid $95 for a gel mani and pedi for a wedding and my nail chips a day after (first picture). I called and they were able to fix it once I got back into town. 2 days after the repair and my other ones are now starting to lift/chip. At this point I would like my money back because this should not be happening with a gel manicure. Won’t be returning."
