"I genuinely dislike leaving bad reviews and the people here were really sweet so I feel bad but I regret booking here. Not only was I told the size and shape of mail I have been getting for 3 years (in another state) wasn’t possible but they also didn’t want to do the simple design I had picked out after telling me they could (literally 4 lines) so they just gave me something else. Some of the nails are thinner than a natural nail and some are at weird angles and not properly attached so I’m terrified they’re going to break below a comfortable level, one has already broken (luckily in a less painful area) On top of this my finger was cut with a file that appeared to have been used on someone else and is now infected."
"My mother & I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone was so nice - they were patient with us & worked quickly but with attention to detail. They use tub liners & you can see that the tools have been sanitized properly (something I really appreciate but have been struggling to find with other near by places). So happy to have found my new nail spot!"
