"Don't try to get into their clinic without having an appointment WAY in advance. They're really rude if you try to walk in even if the cashier said to "come on in!""

"It has been a long time since I have seen the exceptional customer service that I received and witnessed today at your Pharmacy at 9435 S. Northshore Drive. Every single person was a delight. It is no wonder they were so busy. I witnessed them go the extra mile for several customers in my short wait. All I can say is WOW!"

"This is my go to pharmacy because our insurance only works with CVS and this location is very convenient. Every time that I walk in to this pharmacy they manage to dispappoint me. It seems like their pharmacy is always understaffed and it takes forever for them to fill in the simplest prescriptions. As a matter of fact as I am writting this review I am being told that my prescription will be filled in 10-15 mins for the 3rd time!"

"I am posting on my daughter's account. So, this review does NOT represent her experience. But I'll gladly say that my name is Sher Smith and Ive given this pharmacy chance after chance....... They are not the location that I typically use, but they are about 10 seconds from my house. So, I keep thinking that they'll eventually surprise me. But that does not seem to be in the cards.......... They have told me numerous times that prescriptions cannot be filled because they were "just filled on ____". It NEVER fails that I have to go back and provide specific dates and times of my last pickup and essentially get very ugly before they suddenly realize that I'm right and that, not only is it due for refill, but it's PAST due for refill. Then, there is rarely an apology for their mistake and accusations. They'll always blame it on a "computer glitch or problem". There IS one pharmacist there who is very kind and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could commend her..... But the other issue is that their hours are ALWAYS posted online as saying they are open until 9:00. But they don't bother to tell you that's JUST for the "store" portion and the pharmacy actually closes at 8:00 on weekdays and 6:00 on weekends!!! That's right, the pharmacy closes BEFORE the store!!!! What freakin' pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm!?!?!??? If you don't have enough business to sustain some kind of remotely reasonable hours, just let the patients get another regular pharmacy.... Because what ends up happening here is that they get your medications here and then they are held "hostage" to their ridiculous hours...... So, if you can't get there within their small window of time or worse, if you look up their hours ONLINE, you are just out of luck and have to go without your medications for the day b/c online they always say they are open until 9:00. SOOOOO over this store!!!! It is literally something EVERY time I've ever come here!!!!"

"I’ve been shopping here for going on 6 years now and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else as far as convenient stores go. I just love Elizabeth (I call her Liz) and I sure miss Jenna (the manager that is now at the Lenoir City store). The new manager, I can’t remember his name as I’ve only met him once sure seems like a really great guy too. The pharmacy here is also full of great staff/people....thanks to all of you for making my shopping experience so nice, pleasant & fun!"
