"This staff has been amazing. I travel quite a bit (26 nights here this year) and everyone from management, wait staff to the cleaning service are truly professionals. Patricia the GM resolved a small issue I had quickly and was very attentive to my needs. She actually gave my 5 year old granddaughter a surprise toy that she is still playing with. Scott has been wonderful as well! He is another manager there that is all about customer service as well. The Bistro staff Michael, Aaron, Tammy and Ruth have given me 5 star service! "This hotel is nearby In-N-Out, like literally just walk outside and it’s there, so it’s really good. It’s a quiet and pleasant hotel. I love the sofa but dislike the chair. The coffee maker didn’t have the lid or container to put the coffee, but we only had tea so it’s fine but I just noticed it wasn’t there. They only gave us 1 paper cup, so we had to go to the store to get some. They also have like a convenient store below where you can get some ice creams and other convenient food, so this was a plus."

"Excellent hotel, great service, friendly and helpful staff. My room was awesome!! Comfortable bed and they had 24 workout center. This is the best hotel to stay in Morgan hill in my opinion."

"Very nice place. Very clean and quiet. The odd thing is the confusing website. There is a pool available but it is next door at the residents inn. They share amenities which I think is weird and inconvenient. I obviously miss understood about breakfast. I am so used to continental breakfast as part of the stay but they have a pseudo restaurant in the lobby. We opted for Dennys which is next door. They also state free parking and a 14 dollar daily charge for parking. Turns out its included. Overall, the location, condition, staff and room make this a great place to be."
