"The latest time to check in is at Midnight, but the lobby is closed at 11:00 P.M., which was not mentioned and someone has to open the door from the inside. I prefer carpet over hardwood floors in a room I am staying and bringing slippers are recommended because the ground is usually dirty. It is unfortunate they do not receive channel 4 on their television. They should have more options for breakfast besides the usual granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. The heater and hot water are fully functional, unlike some places I have been in. I stay here when I have jobs assigned in the area and do not want to leave early the next day or I work the night before."

"Customer service at Morgan Hill ESA is great I like staying here a lot for work assignments for the past 2 yrs now I wish that the cooperate will change all older mattresses, beds and furnitures in all the rooms because my back hurts so much whenever I stay here."

"ESA Morgan Hill is a congenial mid-range hotel that welcomes pets. I stayed there for several years. It's an older property, and somewhat showed it, but they have been slowly rehabbing it. Staff were fine, helpful and genuinely friendly - as a long-term resident you can tell the difference between genuine and professional friendliness."

"The only problem I see is there's no parking space for full size vehicles, full size vehicles barely fit inside the parking lines and if there's another full size vehicle parked next to you you can't open your doors to enter or exit your vehicle. My truck and some other coworkers vehicles got broken into at yor parking lot, I was robbed of over $20,000.00 worth of books and inspection tools"

"Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms with a kitchen. Help provided 24 hours a day without delay. Courteous, competent staff that is very hard working, each performing more than one job. If need any items, provided on the spot at no cost. Has a nice, new, inexpensive laundry room. Large, roomy, safe parking lot. Secure building with polite, quiet guests. Double glazed windows that keep traffic noise out. Muffins, protein bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate offered at extended breakfast hours. Wifi never down. Less expensive than an efficiency room in Silicon Valley, yet located just south of Silicon Valley. Repeat guest. Highly recommended."
