"Curtains doesn't close..lights from outside illuminate the rooms..water on tub won't drain..average breakfast..posted sign that say "parked on your own risk" does not give you a secure feeling."
"Saved my butt when the California storms of 2022 were ongoing they had shut down the 101 going southbound couldn't make it home so had to book a hotel would stay here again for short term great for business travelers breakfast was awesome! lots of parking is available it's right off the 101 going northbound famous fast food joints near by within walking distance Walgreens, Safeway, shell and chevron all nearby highly recommend for emergency stays like mines!"
"A sign at check-in greets you with "elevator out of service". What the sign didn't tell you is that the elevator has been out of service for weeks. Luckily my baggage was light and I could handle the 41 stairs to reach the 3rd floor. The room was acceptably clean. I had issues with the door to the refrigerator nook was broken, the bath mat was shredded, the bathtub was stained, and the veneer on the bathroom door was peeling off. Let's not even discuss the barely edible breakfast. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."
"TV reception was not working for our stay and they offered no compensation for this inconvenience. Tub in room 214 was very slow to drain during our shower, so quickly turned into a bath. The sink drain had to manually be closed and opened in order to work (from underneath the sink). Hotel itself is very run down, and was very dissatisfied. I will not stay here again. I am a club member and expected better. I voiced my concerns to the front desk and was offered a “water and snack” and to reach out to Management. So I will reach out to Corporate as well. Busy road nearby, breakfast eh, service was decent."
