"The staff is bright, bubbly and vivacious. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The clientele are normal looking and not those mussel bound people who are constantly looking at themselves in the mirror. You can be healthy and stay in shape in a positive atmosphere with the staff's help."

"Dirty and equipment has been broken for over a month. I have not seen a single person cleaning either unlike other gyms who hire someone to clean around. It is an okay gym but it cannot handle large volumes of people. Very poor sanitation and maintenance"
