"Place was dead on a Saturday night which should have been a red flag. Our food was rough to say the least. Meat was “brisket” but looked like cheap pot roast. They cut it with the grain not against. The ribs were small and terrible. Chicken was decent. Sides were run of the mill like you’d get at a buffet. Don’t waste your time here when you have Phil’s BBQ in town or Calhouns across the freeway. The lady working was nice when I went in though."

"Murrieta location is the best! Jason is so friendly and personable! I have eaten at this location several times. And I am never disappointed always fresh and always nice size helpings. The food here is never dry. I have experienced that at other barbecue establishments. I was so grateful to get a location here in Murrieta. Thank you Jason for the great food and amazing customer service I will continue to come hopefully everyone will! If you love barbecue I highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!!"

"I’m really disappointed. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered Dicky’s through Grubhub, and the 2nd time they’ve messed up my order. I ordered a giant baker with brisket and sauce, and neither were on my potato. It’s just a regular baker. I also ordered a pulled pork sandwich with sauce and no sauce in the bag. I typically really like some of their items. The pulled pork was really dry without sauce. They gave me baked beans on my first order, but I had ordered green beans. The service review is for whoever prepared my meal and my delivery bag tonight."

"We were driving back up to Los Angeles and stopped here in Murrieta to grab a quick bite at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. The restaurant was clean, the service was great and the ambience was very chill. I ordered a Brisket Sandwich with fries. It was a generous portion of meat, great flavor and very tender & juicy. The owner was friendly and really committed to the family vibe. It really felt like a neighborhood spot feel. They offer live music and beer on tap. With a wall of tvs and a high top bar you could come in and catch your favorite sporting event and enjoy a great meal. Definitely recommend this BBQ spot if you are in the area."

It was hot, fresh, and delicious, plus the portions were substantial. They had all the proteins, sides, and barbecue sauce needed for a delicious lunch! My team was so happy! I would 100% order from Dickey's again, AND I can't wait to bring my family in to the restaurant to eat!"
