"Food is good but the service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to this location about six times now. I order the same thing every time. 10 piece combo, classic, mild with fries. My average wait time for them to get my order to me is 30-40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when I phone my order in I still wait 20-30 mins. I phoned an order in once at 11:45am, showed up at 12:10p and didn’t receive my food till 12:30p. Most recent time in was today. I walked in place was empty, placed my order and it literally took them about 40 mins. Many people walked in about 10 mins after me placed an order and got their food like 10-15 mins before me. I don’t understand this. The other location on Clinton Keith by the 15 is just as bad."

"This was my first time trying Wing Stop. And the wings and fries were okay. I like the variety of flavors. Although I got take out, from looking around the restaurant it was pretty dirty...the drink machine was gross. I'd definitely try Wing Stop again but a different location."

"My mom spent 45$ on this meal for us and she gave me a lecture because the 5 pickles on her sandwich were on one side and not equally spaced out. For shame. Please try harder next time the food was amazing though"

"Came here for lunch before work and when i walk in the music is loud crackly and distorted, a worker yells welcome but is nowhere to be seen. I order 3 meals and they tell me the wait is 20 mins!!! 20 mins later i get my food and my fries are dry and cold my original wings are dry and SOUR like they where going off. The only edible food was the tenders! i had to go to work so i called as soon as i could the next day and the manager says id have to BRING THE FOOD BACK!!! Why would i keep sour wings in my home for a day???? She offered no solution or apologies just brushes me off. This place needs alot of tlc both the building and the staff! Dont eat here!"

"Not sure why it takes 30-40 minutes to fry chicken wings but maybe there is a reason. However; it should not take this long for 8 or 6 pieces to cook along with the fries. Location needs cleaning, floors, counters and specially the payment machine which looks like has never been clean and looks gross. Outside deck is trash and has stain, maybe some pressure washing could help. Definitely location needs some work."
