"Our stay at Ronald McDonald House during our son's premature birth was a true lifesaver. Despite the challenging times, the staff's warmth and support made all the difference. The accommodations exceeded expectations, with daily room cleaning and thoughtful amenities like free snacks, weekly volunteer-prepared meals, care packages, free self-laundry, entertainment room, and well-equipped kitchen, added immense comfort. What sets Ronald McDonald House apart is their genuine empathy and dedication. From providing toys to organizing therapy sessions, they truly cared for our well-being. Reflecting on our experience, we're grateful for the lasting impact Ronald McDonald House had on our family. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of support, love, and hope during life's most trying times. Additionally, since our departure, we've been making seasonal donations to the organization from our company's benefits, and we plan to continue doing so to express our everlasting gratitude."
"If it wasn't for this place my friend who's teenage boy tried to commit suicide, to help them with these accommodations as he is at Loma Linda Hospital, just yesterday she was telling how thankful she is for this place and so am I. You guys are such a blessing in distressing times for people dealing with life's changing events..."
"We unfortunately ended up here when our child was in heart failure and had ran through all our resources. We were told by the hospital social worker it was free of charge. But that is not true. The rate was $15 a night and a chore to complete everyday. I did not want to be sweeping and vacuuming after work when I could be with my child. The house manager was so rude. And condescending. I wasn’t even able to respond to how disgusting we were treated when we were there. We left and chose to just sleep in the parking lot of the hospital instead of having her come to our room every night to complain about the chores and try to charge me the daily rate. When I had told her multiple times the hospital had already confirmed with her the stay was free. This place is a total sham . We are supposed to be able to focus on our children in the hospital not deal with a crabby and lazy house manager."
"This is the most amazing place, they feed you and take care of you and most important of all they let you be close to your child when you are going through the unimaginable. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done amazing loving staff and just all around they made life so much less stressful during the most stressful time"
"Just wanna say thank you for letting us help out and feed everyone who was here on April 1 we will definitely be back to do it again it was all for you Isaiah"
