24 Hour Fitness

"Not 24 hours! No use in replying to us saying you have more locations!!! Guess what? The other locations are too far and with this economy a stressful inconvenience! What is the point of calling this location 24 Hour fitness if it is not open all night? I wouldn’t be surprised if this location gets shut down or replaced by and EOS eventually."

"One of the last locations in the area not open 24 hours despite the name on the building. Pay the same for less access to this location. Other gym brands are opening up in the area so I had to cancel. Broken equipment and crowded."

"Don’t have many good things to say about this location. In addition to them not actually being open 24 hours, there’s so much equipment that is out of order for days and sometimes weeks on end. The men’s locker room often smells horrible. With the amount I’ve been paying for my membership, I’m starting to consider taking my business elsewhere in order to have a better workout experience."

"This location has been steadily going downhill since covid. Limited hours and reduced membership rates has lowered the quality of the overall atmosphere. This place is a mix of a gym, an internet café, a child daycare center and homeless shelter. Management doesn't enforce club rules like camera use, shirtless gym goers. People are alright, overall this location is shockingly better than others. I haven't seen issues with locker or vehicle break ins but there are people that go and dig in the trash for cans and bottles; complement that with the homeless that hang out inside at different hours of the day makes this place disgusting."

"Post Covid. Gym only open from 5am-9pm but closed for half an hour every hour. You have to reserve your one hour appointment to workout. 2/3 cardio machines are closed. All the amenities are gone. No pool, no sauna, no steam room, no showers, no water, no basketball, no group exercise classes. I tried cancelling my membership since they are no longer able to provide the value that I paid for with my membership but since I have a 24 month prepaid membership from Costco, the manager gave me some BS saying I have to go through Costco to maybe get a prorated balance back. My contract states, "A prepaid limited membership is non-cancelable and is non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in Section 6." Section 6 CANCELLATION paragraph 6(b)(5) "24 Hour eliminates or substantially reduces the scope of the facilities described in this agreement." At this point I'm just hoping for a class action that forces this location to close down so I can buy their equipment at a discount price."
