"It'a great when there's no other dogs around. Just you and your dog. It's also great when there's no sketchy group of men in their 30s and late 40s huddled by the gazebo. It's also great when there's no tweaked out junkie on a bike talking to himself or blurting random incoherent words to innocent park goers."
"We attended our grandson's soccer game. There are trees to sit under. Bring your lawn chairs and watch the game. There are several fields and several games going on at the same time. Not all fields have shade. Depending upon the field you're assigned, you will either park on the street or in the parking lot. May have to do some walking and carrying of chairs. No services or snack bar so be prepared to bring snacks and water.. We had a nice picnic after the game under the shade trees."
