"Just wanted to take the time to thank Ana in operations. Every time I stay at this hotel I look forward to hopefully getting lucky enough to run into her joyous self. Ana was able to recall the situation that had occurred when I stayed last and really just made my stay extremely personal. The hallways and common areas are always extremely well maintained. Additionally the scent that is in lobby/ hallways is superb, I want to have it for my own home. Lastly, I’m sure you all are aware that people like Ana truly make you want to return and recommend people to stay with you all each time we are in Riverside/Moreno Valley area. Thank you."

"This Courtyard requests that communication be made via email, but they do not monitor the email. When I called to question a charge on an associates bill, I was told I would need to speak to a manager. No manager was currently available, so they agreed to have someone call me back, they never returned my call. They also charge $12.00 per day for parking. Whether or not you have a vehicle on site during your stay is irrelevant. Lack of communication and very unprofessional."

"The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is so nice! Security there made me feel safe. Plus the Peter j. Weber house was right next door. We took a tour on the day of checkout. The tour for the Peter j. Weber's house was amazing. What an awesome end to a great experience"

"The hotel was not in a good place for a solo traveler. The room and lobby wasn't too bad. The hallway and elevator were in need of updating. It did not feel safe to use the pool area due to it not being connected to the hotel. There was some sort of work being done two rooms down in the hall and it looks like they have black mold."

"I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed at your hotel from Date to Date and had a very unpleasant experience. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very rude to me. They were short-tempered and did not seem interested in helping me. I also had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to check in. During my stay, my room was never cleaned by housekeeping. I had to dump my trash in the hallway bins at the end of each hallway. I also had bananas in my room, which caused the room to smell bad. I had to use the wet, dirty towels that were on the floor from the previous day. When I called the front desk, they were unable to send any towels because the front desk clerk was the only employee working at the time. This happened all 3 days of my stay. I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and will never stay here again. I would like a full refund for my stay."
