Jack in the Box

"I normally don't write on service, but horrible. Wait abou5 30 minute for a mobile order. 5 minutes before getting to the location and another 20 ish minutes at the store. Let one of the employees know that was waiting. Saw atleast 7-10 call go though drive though. I understand that's short staff but when manager couldn't say sorry for the wait..."

"Clean ish, soda machine was broken not cold. Have to ask for ice and the food was dry. Waited at counter for minutes while the three employees cleaned and took orders and made food."

"My food was really fresh compared to other jack in the boxes in the area. Service could be a little faster, I don’t think it’s their fault. I did notice on this visit, there could have been a order mix up. Therefore the delay."

"Good food at a good price. This particular location is very unclean, however. Probably because they only have 3 people working during dinner time. However, the place was completely empty during dinner, so I'm not sure if that is saying something. Had to request that the napkin holders be refilled so I could clean off out table. Update: Hand dryer in the restroom didn't work, so I had to dry my hands with an obscene amount of 1 ply TP."

"I remember being part of the grand opening of this Jack In The Box in 1984. Yep, it was a part-time gig 5 days a week before my regular fulltime job. It was fun. The place has held up fine, and with the modern upgrades and improvements, it's looking pretty decent. Appears that some of the employees could use a bit of customer service training, though. The young guy lacked attentiveness while taking my order."
