"My experience with MakeMyTrip was really frustrating. I booked a flight and had to cancel it right away. But they charged me for canceling, and they never told me about this charge beforehand. When I asked them, they said I would get all my money back, but they still took some money from me and when I have call them ask they are saying some other reasons for it. What's even more annoying is that the airline had already given me a full refund, so I didn't understand why MakeMyTrip charged me. I tried calling them for help, but they didn't answer my calls, and they closed my issue without fixing it. In simple terms, MakeMyTrip didn't explain their charges, didn't give me the right refund, and their customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend using them because of these problems."

"We booked hotel room at Surabhi elite kothapet hyderabad. Original hotel rate was1200 Rs per night.2400 for 2 nights. Make my trip charged me 4090 for 2 nights. Look for other services or call directly to hotel. And receptionist was asking me to pay 200 extra. Hotel was horrible."

"Booked for a family package tour to Sri Lanka. Highly disappointed with the way the trip was organized. The package cost was 48,000 (excluding flights). But, on-arrival, we were charged an additional Rs.17,000 by the guide. The guide (Mr. Kumar) did not take us to any of the places mentioned in the package. He was extremely rude and did not give us any time to eat or shop. At one point, he blackmailed us that he will drop us in the middle of nowhere if we raised any concerns. He even handed us Rs.500 and asked us to take an auto to our destination. Such manner less service! Do not trick people like this. You are giving a bad reputation for the country we are visiting. I would definitely not recommend this package to any one. Don't waste your money on this trip."
