"Good location, excellent theatre design, with fully reclining chairs. However, they have a minimal staff they have on hand. They tend to be polite, well groomed, but.... they're not so interested in doing any real janitorial tasks. That gets this place a very generous rating of 2/5. REASONING: This theater is not serviced well! There's always debris still left from previous showings all over the showing area. Even the garbage cans are heavingly overflowing with old trash. And for those awesomely designed recliner seats they have... Well, they're in massive decae! The material covering them are extremely worn with notable tears and holes that can scrape or even cut your skin. These seats look like they've been sat in by every person on the West Coast of California. And, with all that being said, we were not too confident in how sanitary these seats actually were either. You'd think after having just went through a global pandemic that cleanliness and hygiene would be one of their top priorities, NOT! I highly suggest that you bring your own Clorox wipes and clean off the seats you plan on sitting in! Its high time for the owners of this location to update their standards & cleanliness policies. And maybe higher a facilities manager with a sense of pride in presentation and standards for their employees work effort's. Big brand named theaters have no problem demanding high priced tickets from us, their patrons. Well, NEWS FLASH to these big theater owners and your currently employed management staff... Us, your patrons, aka "the consumers" also have demands. We require a decent level of quality of service. And that especially warrants us having a sanitary environment to spend lengthy periods of time at either by ourselves and especially with our loved ones. OUR demands for exceptional service had better be recognized as an industry STANDARD! When it comes to the health and safety of where we take our families or in choosing where to spend our hard earned dollars, KNOW THIS, these attributes are of the the utmost importance. Ones of which we, your consumer hold tobe uncompromisable!!!!! So, at your next staff meeting remind yourself and yout team that there are many other options for us to choose from to view your films. Food for thought... That is if you wish to stay in business."

"I don't give bad reviews ever, but this theater has insufficient bathroom access. There is a single occupancy bathroom on the lower level, otherwise you have to go all the way up the stairs or use an elevator to reach the bathroom. This is inadequate to a movie theater."

"Reasonably priced matinee tickets and ample parking, with plenty of dining/ drinking options within walking distance. Having frequented this theater growing up, it's nice to see that the interior of the lobby is basically frozen in time, but the new standard of large, comfy, recliner seats has not missed this cinema. That being said, in the E row of theater 10 at least, the vinyl had all but eroded from the seats and all the occupied chairs in our showing were in dire need of WD-40. No serious detractors; just a bit of maintenance, and this would be a 5 star review."

"Our visit here today was Excellent, this is possibly the cleanest and most Amazing looking Theater we've been to!! The food and snack area was well stocked the prices were fair and all very good plus there was Combo option perfect! Overall we had the best time watching the movie and seats were very comfortable Thank you working associates and crew members!!"

"This theatre is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. They burnt my popcorn a little but it was still okay. Their seats fully recline, but you have to share an armrest with your neighbor. And despite the reclining I still think the first few rows have a pretty steep viewing angle. There are only two bathrooms in the whole place and one is a family bathroom so it's one person at a time. All together I think it's a good theatre, but it's a little expensive and you don't get any of the things a lot of theatre's are doing lately like alcoholic drinks."
