"Honestly, Mullahey’s service department is very untimely and disrespectful. I had an appointment for 10:15 to get my car picked up for an oil change. Over an HOUR later I get a message saying they’ve just left their facility. This isn’t the first time they’ve left me waiting this long either. I would go somewhere else if you’re looking to get your car serviced in a professional manner. These guys seem to be the slowest working service department I’ve ever encountered and their lack of communication is prevalent. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"I work across the street from this dealer. I signed up for the maverick waiting list (years ago) back when they were only $19.5k! I was passed around to 2 different salesman. They both seemed nice enough. The second salesman was excited himself as he had ordered 5 of them for himself and his daughter. I literally was stopping by daily to check in on my spot on the waiting list. Both salesmen reached out about twice each to buy other customers "cancelled" trucks? For $38,000.00! These guys got sick of me and my stupid face as the had both actually told me to stop coming in! The deadline came to get on the waiting list and out of panic I showed up in person. All of their staff pretended to not know who I was? Another salesman offered to show me yet another maverick that someone cancelled! I never cancelled my order! They are liars and thieves the stole my time and truck! They lied to me, about me, to my face. Dirty dishonest despicable people! Shut this place down! How could your entire staff treat me this way after pretending to be my friends! There's a nice big place in hell for mulahey ford!"

"Friendly Service Advisor! Kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Apologized for parts not being readily available even though it was out of his control. Very honest about additional time it would take. Addressed me with respect, didn't treat me like a was just a dumb woman, as many Service Advisors have even when I knew what I was talking about. I appreciated that so much! Will definitely return!"

"My last 2004 Expedition made it 17 years as we lived in California, Rhode Island, Florida, Mississippi, and back to CA. I absolutely adored the car and said I would drive it until it died. Which it did on a trip from the Valley to Pismo Beach. Unfortunately a spark plug repair done in MS came loose and dropped into the engine, completely blowing it. Our friend worked at Perry Ford, which had diagnosed the problem, and we were more than happy to purchase a new Explorer. I’ve had the car for 2 years, 20k miles, and it’s like driving a little race car compared to the large Expedition. I get great gas mileage, and Mullahey Ford has performed our last two oil changes and services. I appreciate that they check for any recalled parts and offer to fix them same day at no cost. Fantastic customer service from all the dealerships."

"I went to get my truck’s premium maintenance performed, the package that I paid for with the car. Simply put, they acted like it was inconvenient for me to have arrived on time. In their notes, the said the only thing they found wrong was that my air filter was a bit dirty, when I use a K&N filter and cleaned it the day before (not over oiling it). So the receipt showed me they hardly did anything, I’m not confident saying that they even changed my oil. One of the things I made sure to be replaced was my windshield wipers, but they didn’t, then they had me wait for another 10 minutes so they could print out a receipt that showed the wiper blades. I later noticed that a unique marking on my rear driver’s side tire was still on the rear driver’s side tire. I paid for the premium maintenance plant and got an oil change, probably not even using the correct oil. I’ll upload the receipts it I can find them. But this was awful service that contradicts my contract with them. I’d recommend a 10 minute oil drive through. The invoice even has the wrong oil type (I pay for synthetic not synthetic blend), and it clearly says that it was partial-complete. I’m not one who writes reviews unless they’re well deserved."
