"Great gym! Very clean and they always take care of the customers. Much cleaner than 24 hour fitness. Youseff signed me and my roommate up and he made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this gym. I’ve been going to gyms for 20 years and this one is by far the cleanest with all types of equipment available"
"I was a gym member for a few months. I didn’t have a great experience with the staff. Some of the staff are really cool people, but there were at least three employees I encountered who had horrible attitudes. The rest of them never really seemed happy that they were there. I don’t know; there didn't seem to be a lot of customer service. Also, I don’t want to talk badly about a place, but a lot of people there have to be taking some form of steroids. It honestly seems like everyone is extremely angry and hostile. It seemed strange that so many people were that high-strung. People would snap at me for asking to use the equipment after them, or if I asked them if they were using a piece of equipment, they were either standing next to or sitting next to. My overall experience with the place was pretty bad. If you’re just planning to go to the gym, keep to yourself, and keep your head down. It's a pretty nice gym, but if you’re friendly and like to meet new people at the gym, then it’s probably not the place for you. Not really a gym “community” type of place..."
"This used to be an awesome gym, but it’s going downhill over the last 6 months, I don’t know what’s going on. I’m writing this review as a message to management. The water in the showers is either completely running out of hot water or just cutting off completely basically once a week, sometimes there will be no hot water for days at a time. This is incredibly frustrating, it’s happened to me multiple times while I’ve been in the shower. Their washing machine breaks frequently, probably like once a month, causing them to limit towel service. It’s not infrequent to see a sign at the front desk limiting you to one towel per trip. How am I supposed to work out and take a shower with one towel? It’s ridiculous. For the amount of money people are paying for memberships this should not be happening. Lastly I want to say that the majority of the front desk people are nice and doing their best, and I’ve had great experiences with the class trainers here. I feel bad that the folks at the front desk need to be the face for complaints from members that are a result of what appears to me to be poor management and poor infrastructure. Management needs to get this place back in shape or they’re going to start losing members. I’m heavily considering cancelling mine and I come here 6 days a week so it’s a major bummer."
"So to preface this, the last time I came to this gym was years ago on a guest pass. At the time I thought the facilities were nice and the staff were cool but I went with a gym my friends mostly go to. Fast forward to the present and I decide I wanna give it another shot. My friend gives me a guest pass and I figure if I like it again I'll pick up a membership and gym with them a few days a week. I come into the gym today and I walk up to the counter and ask if anything has changed and that I want to use the guest pass. The latino guy (hate to describe someone by ethnicity but I didn't get a name) gives me attitude and asks me if I've been here before. I think, weird but ok sure, and I tell him I came in years ago and I wanna try the gym again. This dude tells me I can't come in! I ask why and he says cause I've been here before. What?? It's been YEARS. I tell him this and also what if he just forgets me? Then he tells me he doesn't forget people like me. PEOPLE LIKE ME?? I REALLY hope he meant people who come in with guest passes and not something else. So I'm frustrated and I'm starting to leave. Then this random dude walks in with a guest pass and greets the desk guy all chummy, "BRO It's been a minute since I been here!" and then tells him about how he got another guest pass from his cousin. Front desk guy lets him in and I look him in the and he gives me the fattest smirk I've ever seen in my life. Frustrated as hell I leave to cool off. You know the best part? I checked the guest pass and it literally says in writing that you can use a guest pass so long as it's been more than 60 days since you last visited. So he just didn't want to let me in. I WONDER WHY."
"Heads up if you're not a "signature" member it's an extra $10 to enter this crunch location for regular members. This location has a sauna. The bathroom and showers are relatively clean. They also provide complimentary towels."
