"I visited on 2.5.24 when the doors opened. I was the 3rd customer in with my 1 year old. Within 30 minutes of being there I had a pocket full of random items picked up from the floor so my baby wouldn’t put them in his mouth. It is obviously clear that no one ever cleans. I also found in the back corner exposed electrical extension cords."

"The owner of this establishment has very poor customer service staff. They don't have an accessible manager and employees are rude. My husband and I brought my daughter to eat at the mall and she wanted to play here. When we went to pay they said we can't both come it because they have very limited capacity and it's a saftey/fired hazard I insisted as I wanted to be with them and the girl said the only way, if we really wanted to come in then I can pay $10. I asked "What happen to the saftey, fire hazard & limited capacity? Oh we say that because we know people don't want to pay it but it'sup to you. So am I supposed to sit out side for 2 hours by my self and my husband inside? That's our policy if you don't like it then get a refund and go." My daughter is turning 6 and I was planning on having her birthday party here but with the poor customer service & careless attitude the staff have. No thank you I'll find a place that has friendlier staff and isn't just money hungry. These money hungry businesses are the reason why it's so hard to go out as family."
