"I asked for fresh onion on the beef and said NO WAY... thay aren't allowed, WHAT? I've been to several Yoshinoya restaurants, and I've always ordered it the same way. So I guess I'm not coming to this particular one. The server was very kind and patient."

"Order food here just before they closed.. got in my car because I still had an hour to drive home.. coming from LA to Victorville.. order a large combo plate and a bowl with wings and potstickers.. the potstickers were under done and when I got home. Realized they never gave me my bowl. Well I guess next I’ll go somewhere else time shame.. well this location in particular.. I gave the service 3 stars for not checking the order twice to make sure everything was in. They literally shouted my name and went back to talking about whatever their life was like at the moment.."

"I just had the worst customer service here, including the manager. No professionalism at all with answering questions. Turning away a paying customer. Escalated the problem instead of de-escalating the situation. I tried using a coupon to purchase food for takeout and the cashier and manager said that i can only use one and that if i wanted to use both coupons. I should have all my family there with me. The coupon does not say anywhere “one coupon per customer” or “one coupon per visit”. I even asked, what if i do two transactions? The manager said no. It just doesn’t make sense and i drove almost 5 miles to get to this store. What is crazy too is that i was here last week and they let me use both coupons."

"This is the best low cost big portion Japanese food you can get. Get the plate for best bang for the buck. The double meat option is not double at all. Just a side of veggies for extra $1 or so. Love the cheese cake, flam and cookies dessert. Love to add more spice to my plate. More Sriracha and peppers powder. 1 bad thing is the new dumpling, they have no idea how to reheat it properly, very oily and smell like oil. The sauce come with is black vinegar. I got to give this side to Wabash grill. They did way better job at it. Plus they got a very good sauce for it."
