"OK, so far, I only made a reservation over the phone, but thank God the front desk person, Tyler, was very friendly! I was worried because of the bad review from 2 months ago that two of the front desk personnel were not friendly. I almost went with a different hotel, but I thought I would give it a shot. There is absolutely nothing worse than the front desk people not being friendly, so I was pleasantly surprised . Hopefully the people I see when I check out are just as friendly. I will update my review after my stay. * So the first non-smoking room they gave us smelled like smoke, but they gave us a new room which was nice. The beds are very comfortable. One pet peeve I have is that the light in the entrance to the room turns off within a minute of entering and leaves the room dark and bleak. The food, is awful (see below). The hotel is super nice, the cleaning staff were exceptional and super friendly!! Sharon, who checked us out, however, never asked us how our stay was and wasn’t friendly. She wouldn’t even smile. After I received my receipt, I stood there with the receipt in my hand looking at her (waiting for at least a smile), and she finally gave me a weak smile and said thank you. I think someone should talk to her. So most of the staff were super friendly, save one!"

"I stayed here and was bitten by bedbugs. I tried to tell the assistant manager I was ignored. They move me into another room, I had to ask for them to sanitize my items that were in the room so I don’t bring anything into the next room I was being transferred into. They gave me five dollars to wash everything in my suitcase. When I told him it wasn’t enough to dry my clothes I was told that I needed to pay. Which is totally made no sense to me because my clothes should be fully taken care of by the hotel with this kind of incident. Assistant manager is super rude and acted like I was lying and showed no compassion. I would advise no one to stay here."

"Front services were super friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated but it was ok because it was well maintained and very clean. Mattress was comfy. Indoor pool with a hot tub was a big plus after long day of trip. Hot breakfast was served. Serving crews were kind and helpful. I loved that all people I encountered who was working here looked happy and friendly. Overall my staying was 100% satisfying, no complaints at all. Thank you."
