"I am so disappointed in this Florist and owner. I would NEVER recommend them to anybody. I live out of state and ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral. Was told that they could deliver the flowers to the visitation. They delivered them 30 minutes late. When requesting compensation- the owner was non-sympathetic and said that she would only give a $10 credit (delivery fee). There was no empathy to the situation nor an acknowledgement of a family grieving. Cold and non-customer friendly. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS HERE."

"My favorite florist in the country! Over the last few months, I have ordered a few bouquets and a fruit basket for my mom and each gift without fail looks like the photo!! The staff always take extra special care of the arrangements and make sure that they arrive safely. Plus, you can't beat the prices! I love feeling confident sending presents to my mom knowing that I can go above and beyond with my budget and that the arrangements will always be perfect upon delivery. I will never shop at another florist again. Thank you Petals On the Bluff team!!"
"I ordered flowers on the internet and Petals On the Bluff made the delivery. What they delivered was NOT what I ordered. TOTALLY disappointed on their arrangement!! What they delivered was maybe worth $12.00. You should be ashamed on your arrangement that you delivered. Picture one is what I ordered off the internet. Picture 2 is the SAD arrangement that was delivered. ZERO stars for this florist!"
"Wonderful customer service! They went above and beyond my expectations and helped me with a delivery outside of their delivery area. The lady I spoke with was amazingly polite and genuinely wanted to help me out even if that meant sending me to another florist closer to the place I needed my order delivered. She was very congenial and lovely to speak with which is becoming increasingly difficult to find these days. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I'm extremely happy with my experience and the items I ordered."
