"These guys are pretty lame. They have a really stupid policy about which photos you can send along with their e-gift cards. You basically can't send anything funny or clever. Also, my order was cancelled because their automated software incorrectly flagged a photo (of a graduation ceremony) that I tried sending along with a gift card. There are a lot of e-gift card options so just go with another business."
"Cannot reach anyone to talk to. There is no 16 digit card #. Hello Fresh won’t accept the gift card. Do not do business with this company!"
"Garbage service. They cancelled my order that took FOREVER to place and "cannot reactivate it" and want me to place the order again myself. It was for 9 gift cards and they had literally NO idea why it was cancelled since the pending charges were, in fact, on my credit card. They said the pending charges should go away within 24 hours and to place my order again. Its quicker to get it from the grocery store. Bad service all the way"
"I tried buying a gift card more than 10 times... Their system was cancelling it since they said my billing address didn't match my card which isn't true. Called customer support 3 times and each time they said wait for our system to process that your billing address is correct. I waited. Each time same outcome like their support team is nonexistent. I'll never be using this company again if it's this difficult to buy a gift card."
