"I just received my Chinese Visa there. Miss Szeto helped me get it efficiently. She did all paper work for me. Ask them If you need any travel information or service."
"Would give zero star if I could. Used their service of China visa. First meeting, nice chat. A few days later, calling that the pictures are not correct. Why didn't you tell me when I gave you pictures? wasted several days again. My visa application was not submitted after they received all materials two weeks. My application was rejected by the consulate. Took a few days to get passports back. Now they should refund me the application fee and other money. It have been a month since first meet but I still have not get my money."
"The customer service attitude is EXTREMELY BAD! While the bus being delayed, we were trying to contact someone who is responsible for the delay and NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. When we finally reached out to the company, a lady answered our phone call with a bad attitude, which is totally different than when she was trying to sell tickets."
