"2/22/24 the male staff are so unprofessional it feels so sad seeing how careless the staff is they were eating on the front counter when I walked in and the female staff were “on stand bye” ready for an argument when I asked for the restroom and they miss heard me for something else but back to the male staff they only answer with a question “what” “what you need” “okay?” the weight maintenance is so unorganized there’s weights in the basketball court and in the cycle room and oil stains on all the leather seats on the machines it went from a 7/10 gym to a 2/10 within a year only good think left are the accommodation “pool” “sauna” “courts” “ high weights” but feels like a closing down mall"

"Staff is super annoying when it comes to guest passes and memberships. Nonstop calls and wasting time when you check in person. Almost as annoying as 24 hour fitness. Equipment is rather poor and minimal with how much membership costs. No rogue plates so leg workouts become impossible almost. Water pressure in bathrooms is abysmal and members are always rude here for some reason. Better than 24 hour and good for location is all."

"The manager, Martaveous, is a great guy. My fiancé and I were visiting family in the area and he allowed us to have a 3 day pass to get some exercise. Great gym and great staff!"

"Perpetually broken machines and water fountains. Both of those fountains have been “scheduled for service” for 2+ months now. Nice location, terribly maintained. Expected better from an La fitness at this location. Edit: 09/29/22: They finally fixed the water fountains but decided to get rid of all the paper towel dispensers. How cheap can you be that you don’t even want to pay for a roll of paper towels? Guess I’ll just sweat all over the benches."
